Museum of Art and Arboretum

Field trip to Dallas Museum of Art and Dallas Arboretum

This weekend was a museum weekend for me. I went to the Museum of Art and to the Dallas Arboretum (botanic garden).

I like museums of art because generally they are free and not so crowded.

This museum is particularly big and have a very nice store to buy souvenirs.

The DMA is located in the Arts District in Dallas Downtown.

The Arboretum is located at East Dallas. The entrance fee is US$16 (as for 2015) and has a lot of trees, plants and flowers of the area.

Back in the downtown there is a free trolley service that does a very small touristic circuit.  You can find more info at this link.
