Learn Japanese resources

Another usefull site that I found for all non-japanese people looking for resources to learn to talk the Japan language: http://learnjapanesepod.com/

Where you can find podcasts and notes of conversations in japanese for learning. I think I should say, that I re-found the site, cause I use it when it was called igodzilla (well, I think that was the name) and downloaded the first podcasts of the site.

Do you know some other resources for learning japanese?
