A few days ago, I was asking about why some people have 2 phones getting but the ussual answers were, one for IT support and the other for regular use.
Well, I "accidentally" got stucked with a cellphone plan and now I have a "regular" new cellphone, against my will, you could say: a Verykool flip style cellphone
I particularly dont like flip cellphone, but this one looks very elegant. Only one negative effect for my needs, I cant browse Internet pages on it, sadly. :(
My first cellphone was a Motorola L7, later I did a cool upgrade, a sony ericsson w200, my best cellphone until I was robbed. What was your first cellphone?
Since then I use my standar everyday phone: a Nokia 1200, an oldie but goldie. I have drop this cellphone so many times and its still functional.
For the moment, I intend to use both cellphones in the meantime I save money for an Iphone.

I can't stand with oldie Nokia anymore...
can't access internet, music, and videos.
for me, cellphone is for mobile video player, so I choose Samsung Star for now, but I might upgrade to Samsung Galaxy S (Android), just because I don't really like iPhone anymore.
I have an old school phone right now too. I'm waiting for a plan that will include a free good one.
Saving money by not getting an iphone.
@Fabrice: Probably now that Iphone 4 is out version 3GS will be more cheaper.
@divinelight: Samsung phones are really cool and Android seems to have cool apps for mobile.
@Yi: How are the plan rates in your country? I got in the cheapest plan, US20 for 300 mins. (US$0.06 per minute)
contracts SUCK. I got into one with T-Mobile unfortunately, but I'll never own an iPhone. Don't really care either. I only use phones when I have to, not too fond of them.
I only have a Sony Erickson w350i. It was a freebie that came with my wife's iPhone. I did not need a phone as I had one for work at the time.
If I could, my next will be a Droid X
I have until the end of Oct this year for our contract to end. But this means I have to switch plans as AT&T is the only one who has the iPhone
My first phone is the good old Nokia 3310. I've always been a Nokia fan and currently using Nokia 5130. But recent hype with Android phones made wanna get a Motorola Droid XD
By the way, your new flip phone looks cool. It looks elegant as you've said it.:D
I'm using a really old cellphone right now, but I'm waiting to get a job before I get a plan for a smartphone.
Seeing that old nokia makes me want to buy one and throw it at the wall.
I still have my first cellphone which was a Nokia 6275i. I liked it, but I felt limited and I texted a lot, so I got a contract with a qwerty keyboard phone. I didn't mind that one, but I felt like I wanted something better, lol. I dropped the phone several times though... So it turned off on me by itself with just a squeeze of the battery. So now I have a Samsung Impact (T746). It lets me surf HTML sites without having to pay data like iPhones or Blackberry :)
