Another anime loli gallery. This time is Pastel-Ink, from Moetan. For my readers who dont know, MOETAN (もえたん) is a series of English language learning study aids, designed to teach English words using moe characters using examples in a form of game/anime events.

Wish they had that type of teaching here in the US. I am sure more people would pass these damn measurement tests.
